Refund Policy
At Quanttrix Capital, significant resources, research efforts, technology infrastructure, and intellectual property are deployed in delivering research analyst services, stock recommendations, research calls, model portfolios, and investment insights.
Accordingly, all fees paid towards subscriptions, research services, reports, advisory products, webinars, workshops, educational programs, or any other services offered by Quanttrix Capital are non-refundable.
No refund requests shall be entertained once payment has been successfully processed and access to the subscribed service has been granted.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may choose not to renew their subscription upon completion of the applicable subscription period.
Cancellation of a subscription shall not entitle the client to any refund, whether partial or full, for the remaining subscription period.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds, if any, shall be considered solely at the discretion of Quanttrix Technologies and only in cases involving:
- Duplicate payment transactions
- Incorrect charges due to technical errors
- Regulatory requirements mandating a refund
The decision of Quanttrix Technologies regarding such requests shall be final and binding.
