How to Raise a Query or Complaint

Resolution Process

Upon receipt of a complaint or grievance:

  1. The complaint shall be acknowledged by our team.
  2. The matter shall be reviewed and investigated internally.
  3. Additional information may be sought from the client, if required.
  4. A suitable response or resolution shall be provided within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

If a client does not receive a response within 10 business days or is not satisfied with the resolution provided, the grievance may be escalated to:

SEBI SCORES Platform

In case the grievance remains unresolved, clients may lodge their complaint through the SEBI Complaints Redress System (SCORES).

SCORES is an online platform established by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to facilitate the redressal of investor grievances against SEBI-registered intermediaries.

Investors may also access SCORES through the official mobile application made available by SEBI.
